Shale Gas Business Confidence Survey results
I was pleased to note some interesting early responses to our Shale Gas Business Confidence Survey (which you can take here). For instance, interesting to see that at the moment 65.6% of respondents feel that the Ukraine is widely viewed as “the eastern European country (aside from Poland) where there is there most likely to be significant growth in shale business activity in the next five years”.
It reminded me of the recent post by Terence O’Dwyer of the 5 things you need to know about shale gas in the Ukraine.
If you’re able to take 5 minutes to complete it I’d be grateful, and of course you’d be welcome to come along to the presentation evening in Warsaw in early September.

For two competing views on this subject there’s a recent Forbes piece http://www.forbes.com/sites/matthewhulbert/2012/07/12/why-european-shale-is-totally-fracked/
and the more positive view of the Economist
