Top 3 oil companies to work for

According to CNN Money’s Top 100 BEST COMPANIES TO WORK FOR 2011 list, there are three US oil firms who make the top 100.. the lucky winners included:

Coming in at number 32 – Chesapeake Energy

The natural-gas giant already had a fitness center with a swimming pool and climbing wall and free Weight Watchers membership. Last year it added a block-long sustainable garden with a pavilion for hot yoga and classes on healthy foods. (More info here)

Not too far behind at 41 is Devon Energy

In 2005, Devon began offering its employees a generous $3,000 per employee referral. In five years the company has awarded more than $2 million in the grants, with some staffers pocketing as many as three in a year. (More info here)

And last but not least at 66 is EOG Resources

Every new hire at this oil and gas company gets stock options and generous benefits, including a 401(k) match up to 6% of salary. (More info here)
