#tap-oil investing in Australian Shale

Tap Oil has traditionally focused on conventional offshore oil and gas but have recently inked a deal to explore shale oil and gas in the Carnarvon Basin as reported by Proactive Investors.

The deal is with Rusa Resources and the area is located close to the Dampier to Bunbury natural gas pipeline which means that gas can be easily transported from the site.

The area also possibly holds conventional oil and gas and provides Tap Oil with the opportunity to leverage upstream oil and gas in Western Australia.
