Mr. Breeze has extensive experience in transaction structuring, corporate advisory and funding where he has held executive, consulting and/or board positions across a range of stockbroking companies.

Advent Energy is an unlisted Australian oil and gas exploration company, with a strong portfolio of exploration and near‐term production assets throughout Australia. Advent’s key projects comprise two potentially very significant upstream gas projects – a conventional gas and a shale gas project – as well as two proven/discovered smaller gas wells in Western Australia which are currently undergoing appraisal for proposed development. To date over A$156m has been invested historically on exploration over Advent’s project areas.
