NOC-IOC-OSC relations – How should companies identify the right potential partners; what should they look for in a partner to help guarantee success?
The relationship with partners is crucial to create a successful project in oil-gas industry. The industry is an integral work of management and services and they need each other very much. Establishing good understanding between them will make it effective and productive.
The right partners can be identified from the reputational activities and the evidence of the projects that they have conducted in the past. The partner understands the needs of the client and can work and perform independently with very little supervision from the client and is able to execute the given job within the decided frame.
