Tips on how to Identify the right #EOR and #HeavyOil project partners
We asked Arnaud Breuillac | Senior Vice President Exploration Middle East | TOTAL the following question:
NOC-IOC-OSC relations - Question: How should companies identify the right potential partners; what should they look for in a partner to help guarantee success?
The right partners are the ones who share the willingness to build a long term relationship, and prove to be able to share the benefits as well as the downsides, as may happen in such partnerships.
In this respect, each of the partners need, at the beginning, to clearly identify who will bring what to the partnership, which is hence based on solid ground and mutual understanding of each one’s capability and objectives.
