#India to import more #LNG from #Qatar
India has expressed interest in importing additional LNG from Qatar, said Doha Bank Group CEO R Seetharaman. This will boost bilateral trade between Qatar and India that was worth $7.2bn in March 2011. India, he said, will be one of the largest gas markets for Qatar apart from China. Co-operation in the power sector between India and Qatar is under deliberation.
