Asia Refining Congress 2012 welcomes Orpic- the winner of the Middle East Refinery of the Year award!

MUSCAT Orpic has won the Middle East Refinery of the Year award at the recent Middle East Downstream Week. This award recognises a refinery which has achieved operational excellence over the past twelve months. This operational excellence is measured across fields including reduction of gas emissions resulting from refining process, improving energy efficiency and implementation of a remarkable maintenance initiative. The award follows Orpic’s recent celebration of exceptional 2011 operating profits of 150 million rials (equivalent to $400 million), an increase of $450 million compared to 2010 results.
