What are the key considerations when purchasing LNG?
Looking to get involved in LNG? Wanting to invest in LNG projects?
But not sure where to start?
If you answered yes, then join us at the 3rd LNG Outlook Asia 2012, a global platform where you can meet and network with top level executives from LNG buying, supplying, distributing, or trading companies. We are having a pre-conference workshop that will cover the key considerations when purchasing LNG. This will be on April 16, 2012 in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
The mentor for this workshop is Mr. Timothy Goh, Director of Legal & Commercial Affairs from Pacific LNG. Timothy has a broad experience in the area of energy, power and infrastructure projects from his time as Vice President & General Counsel of one of the largest Singapore-based power & energy companies, in practice as a lawyer advising energy companies and as in-house counsel with various multi-national companies, including a US Fortune 500 power & energy company.
Timothy has, at various points in his career, been involved in buying and selling LNG and other fuels, negotiating complex agreements and managing core business risks. He has advised CEOs and Boards on a number of important legal and business issues associated with key contracts and disputes including those associated with long-term fuel purchase contracts.
