Maintaining customer loyalty with Mobile
Woolworths grocer partner Thomas Dux has launched a customer loyalty programme through an interactive mobile app. Marilla Dann marketing manager at Thomas Dux Grocer says this is “an exciting opportunity to be more relevant to customers who are actively using their mobile phones to seek information about our brand”

The app is created by PointPal who provide a range of location based mobile apps while also providing data on usage, frequency, store patronage and other buyer behaviours.
