Singapore’s Upcoming #Marina South Project Wins Three Asia Pacific Property Awards

#M+S Pte Ltd’s upcoming Marina South development was conferred three prestigious awards at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2012.

A mixed-use integrated development slated to become the newest epicentre of the Marina Bay area has won three prestigious awards at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2012. The upcoming development won for Best Mixed-use Development, Best Mixed-use Architect as well as Best High Rise Architecture.

Developed by M+S Pte Ltd – a 60:40 joint venture between #Khazanah Nasional Berhad (Malaysia) and Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (Singapore) – Marina South is an integrated development that combines office, retail and residential components. It is designed by Ingenhoven Architects, a leading German architectural specialist renowned for their sustainable designs.

The development is situated centrally, being adjacent to #Marina Bay Sands, the Esplanade, the Singapore Flyer as will as the future Gardens by the Bay. It will be the focal point of Singapore’s new CBD.
