Thailand–#Union Pattaya Property Co Announce New #Mixed-used Project
A joint-venture between financial expert Dej Numsirikul and Suwan Paisarn-fuangefung, CEO of contracting firm Rungfa Srem Corp, will embark on a mixed-use development project that will encompass a hotel, a shopping complex and a condominium estate. To be sited on a 50 rai plot on Pattaya Beach, the project is expected to cost over THB 3 billion.
