Hear Lynette Leong, Chief Executive Officer of CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited in a panel discussion on “Evaluating the financial performance, organic growth strategies and dividend yields of Asia Pacific REITs.

Ms Lynette Leong has more than 20 years of international experience, including banking and finance with Standard Chartered Bank and United Malayan Banking Corporation Berhad in Singapore and Malaysia, and real estate fund management in the London, New York, Chicago and Asian offices of LaSalle Investment Management. 

Prior to joining CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited, Ms Leong was the Chief Executive Officer of Ascendas’ South Korea office, where she had spearheaded Ascendas’ strong foothold in the country’s real estate market, including the acquisition of office and logistics properties and the establishment of its first real estate fund there that was co-invested by some of South Korea’s largest financial institutions.

Ms Leong holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.
