Richard Paine, Lend Lease Richard Paine, Head of Integrated Solutions, Asia of Lend Lease will be involved in an interactive plenary session on Day Two of Real Estate Investment World Asia 2012, discussing on “Connecting mixed-use properties and master-planned communities with capital investment and funding”. Real Estate Investment World Asia 2012 will be taking place from 26 – 28 June at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

 

Richard Paine has 24 years of property industry experience and has worked on numerous high profile projects, in partnership with co-investors and on fund mandates in the Asia Pacific region.

With 12 years experience of doing business across Asia, Richard has developed an extensive network with government agencies, investors, banks and key stakeholders.  Richard has a very good understanding of the success factors for property development, ownership and performance.

In his role as Head of Integrated Solutions, Asia, Richard leads a team in matching capital to the numerous project opportunities available to Lend Lease.  The team comprises of research, capital transaction, equity sourcing and product development functions.  The Integrated Solutions team employs a rigorous and disciplined investment process to produce superior returns for our investment partners.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons) Degree from the University of Sydney.  He also possesses a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment from the Securities Institute.
