The initiative takes after the name of the new contactless payment system, the Smart Card. As part of this initiative, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation will set up special booths that will inform travelers of how using this new payment system can benefit their journey during the duration of the week. Commuters who use this system can benefit from not having to partake one of the main grouse of public travel, queuing up for a ticket.
