Download: Q&A with Yemen’s Geological Survey and Mineral Resources Board
Not long ago, we had a Q&A session with the former chairman of Yemen’s Geological Survey and Mineral Resources Board, Mr Ismail Al-Ganad. We quizzed him about the key focus of the Geological Survey and Mineral Resources Board over the coming months and asked for his opinion on the potential of mining projects in the Middle East & North Africa, in comparison to other global mining regions.
Citing investment-security as being the Survey’s key focus at the time, Mr Al-Ganad explained that he believes the Middle East and North Africa will soon see more demand for minerals.
