Mrs Lim is Principal of Raffles Institution, the oldest and most prestigious school in Singapore. She has extensive experience in the Singapore Education System: as teacher, head of department, deputy principal and principal, and from her appointments in corporate communications and curriculum planning at the Education Ministry’s Headquarters.
Mrs Lim also sits on the board of the Principals Academy, Inc. Singapore. Mrs Lim holds a BA (Hons) and MA from Cambridge University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education from the National Institute of Education, Singapore, and the University of London on “Schooling in the Digital Age”. She founded the Global Alliance of Leading Age schools, a network focused on social advocacy, comprising leading schools in the world.
