World Bank discusses improving infrastructure and attracting investment in Caspian power #PowerGen

Mr Joseph Owen, Country Manager, Azerbaijan, World Bank, Azerbaijan will be discussing improving infrastructure and attracting investment in Caspian power. The presentation will focus on encouraging private sector investment, improving the investment environment for foreign businesses and diversifying the Caspian power industry -case studies from the region.

Mr Joseph Owen will be joining 30+ speakers at the Power Generation World Caspian 2011. The conference will take place on 21-23 September 2011 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
