Kemal Yıldır, General Manager, TEIAŞ, Turkish Electricity Transmission Company will be discussing restructuring and reforming the power sector in Turkey –lessons learned and a view for the future. The presentation will focus on moving into a free electricity market, applications in the free electricity market and experiences in the transmission of Turkish electricity.

Kemal Yildir will be joining 30+ speakers at the Power Generation World Caspian 2011. The conference will take place on 21-23 September 2011 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
