At present, the average prepaid customer lifetime is only about 17 months reveals Strategy Analytics Wireless Operator Strategies research. In some developing markets where it costs very little to obtain and activate a new SIM, customer loyalty is basically non-existent! Hence, in these markets there is opportunity to be realised by building customer loyalty.
