Community notice: Your voice matters, have your say on #loyalty
In the run up to Loyalty World 2012 we’re conducting a community led research project on the customer intelligence, engagement and social CRM space, & have compiled a mini-survey that we’d love you to take part in.
We know the industry, but we want to really understand the issues, challenges and opportunities facing the individuals within our community. As an active and valued member of our community, we want to know what makes you tick, which projects your company is prioritising, and which issues are keeping you and your team awake at night.
This is so that we can gain a clear mind map of what the community is thinking, and focus on delivering the content, interviews and business intelligence to help you better articulate how you can overcome these barriers.
