Dr Shelly Heimfeld, Director of the Cellular Therapy Laboratory at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, presented at the Cord Blood Focus Day at last year’s Stem Cells USA & Regenerative Medicine Congress. He presented on the topic, ‘Improving therapeutic strategies using hematopoietic progenitor banked cells.’
