He spoke on option-based partnering to M&A and did an analysis of the healthcare buy-out trends, drivers and current financing. On top of that, he discussed about assessing valuation of a target, financing the deal and key contract issues in M&A deal flow and identified challenges in acquiring a turn-around in Asia and managing post merger integration.
