Aureos Capital invests up to $10m in Costa Rican IT company: ITS InfoComunicacion

Private equity firm Aureos Capital has invested up to $10m in ITS InfoComunicacion, a provider of IT services related to infrastructure support, based in Costa Rica.

Aureos Capital, which focuses its business on emerging market investments, specializes in investing in small and medium-sized businesses and has a ton of work throughout Latin America.

In the upcoming 5th annual Private Equity World Latin America conference, Gustavo Eiben, Head of North America Investor Relations for Aureos, will discuss how GP’s like Aureos can better work with their portfolio companies.
