Benefitting from evolving loyalty schemes and #customer management

Customer loyalty and relationship management is not a new concept and today there are hundreds of brands boasting in store loyalty cards, points collections and email vouchers in order to ensure customer retention and reduce churn.

With the traditional loyalty scheme becoming a crowded market, increasingly brands and retailers are looking to further their loyalty offerings and take advantage of an extremely accessible, highly targeted channel – the mobile phone.

Successful mobile loyalty schemes are not extremely common, despite it offering a plethora of advantages over traditional schemes. Technologies such as location based services and QR codes provide ways for retailers to grab the attention of customers, where and when it matters most.
