How SEO smart is the market?
This isn’t a blog post, this is an actual question I want to ask.
In the past week I’ve had some very interesting conversations with SEO companies across Australia and a recurring challenge seems to surface (for most of them at least).
It seems that companies are not understanding just how SEO works and what it means to hire an SEO expert. Results don’t come immediately and most people should know that it takes a few months of link building, analysis and input from the client themselves to make it work.
It’s not a program you install and press “GO” on.
Of course, there are some big companies out there that know the ropes and understand this well… but you’ll be surprised with some that are still struggling with the concept within the Fortune 500 company profile…
SEO is definitely gaining momentum and companies are becoming more and more aware of just how critical it is as marketing function. This means there’s more fruit for the picking than ever before.
