Cloud Computing in laymen terms simply means device users are connecting to applications running on a number of shared servers instead of working on a single server dedicated to certain users. This is a major improvement from client-server computing where applications were designated to hardware in data centers where, if and when the hardware breaks down, users suffer from an interruption in the service if back-up isn’t readily available.

In times of economic hardship whilst corporations are cutting budgets, Cloud Hosting proved to be cost effective, more environmentally friendly, improve efficiency, and be more durable. These benefits have appealed to companies in the Gulf and the Middle East who wish to not only improve productivity but also reduce costs in an effective manner.
