<p align="justify">I joined Terrapinn as a Conference Manager in August 2011.&#160; I was assigned to produce the event Pharma Partnering and Investments Asia 2012.&#160; As a Conference Manager I had to learn and research extensively on the industry. I also learnt about people handing skills as I have to converse with senior level executives regularly and convince them of the benefits of speaking in the conference. </p>
<p align="justify">Shortly after finishing my first conference, I was given the opportunity to become a Business Development Manager for Pharma Partnering and Investments Asia 2012. As a Business Development Manager, I had to adapt to the fast paced nature of the job.&#160; I had to learn the rope on how to sell the conference to companies and it was really a test of my linguistic and persuasion skills. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to meet with several senior level executives.&#160; Despite the challenging nature of the job, I find it very rewarding and fulfilling upon completion of a deal. </p>
