Having studied French and German at the University of Oxford from 2005 to 2009, I then went on to work in a variety of locations, including Berlin and Brussels, putting my languages to use and developing useful new skills. My roles were largely in the communications field, and allowed me to build up valuable experience in both the public and private sectors.

I then joined Terrapinn in September 2011 as a Marketing Executive for The MBA Training Company in London. There was a lot to learn in the first few weeks – and I’m still learning a lot every day now! – my colleagues were very supportive and helpful, and I soon felt at home in my new role.

As a Marketing Executive for the UK training business, I am responsible for promoting our wide range of training courses, through more traditional channels such as mailings and emails, as well as through newer channels like blogging and video. Being involved in such a wide variety of activities is one of the things I most enjoy about my role. I have also had the opportunity to be involved in the implementation of a new approach to marketing the training courses, so it’s an exciting time to work for The MBA Training Company.

Working at Terrapinn is also very rewarding because I feel that I am challenged and motivated to stretch myself on a daily basis, and that I have the opportunity to contribute new ideas and thus directly influence the company’s performance. The laid-back and friendly atmosphere is another great advantage of working here.
