Team Turtle United won its 3rd victory this past Tuesday night with some fantastic contributions from players old and new. As the team forages into the 2^nd half of the season we are reminded yet again that teamwork and support are the building blocks of a successful team.

Turtle United consists of about 50% of the US office, at some point or another, contributing to our weekly schedule of soccer/football match-ups with teams from across the city. Led by Captain Martin Kelly, the team has seen vast improvement from our first game in the beginning of January to our now 3 game winning streak.

Over the course of 8 weeks, Terrapinn US has seen the participation and dedication of over 50% of the office- people coming out time and time again, or for their first soccer game ever, to create a team that’s just as much about fun as is winning and that teamwork creates a winning combination on the path to victory.

Customer Service Manager, Felipe Lima continues to shine with his fancy footwork all over the court and is responsible for about 80% of the goals scored throughout the season. Rounding out our scoring team goals is our fearless Captain, Martin Kelly and Finance Manager Ben Ould. Not to be forgotten is our stellar defense, led by Managing Director Joy Schwartz, and supported by the fantastic and determined skills of Andre Singer, Lu Chen, Amy Luo, Liz Rizzi and Vanessa Souza.  And no victory is complete without the amazing skills of goalie Jose Aguirre.

This team has truly United under the banner of fun and camaraderie and will surely continue to improve as the season wears on!
