I graduated from Macquarie University in Sydney with a Bachelors Degree in International Relations & Political Science.

I started at Terrapinn in our Sydney office 3 years ago and today I am the General Manager of the Finance & Resources team in Dubai. My main responsibility is to develop concepts into commercially viable events. This involves developing business plans and facilitating product development and sales to ensure the commercial goals of the team are realised.

I have had the opportunity to launch a range of successful events since I started three years ago. Launching events is the challenging but also the most rewarding part of my role. I love taking an idea from a brainstorming session and turning it into a big and profitable event. For example the 2010 Heavy Oil – Middle East and North Africa event started as a simple idea and was transformed into one of the most successful events which included some of the biggest names in the petroleum industry.

best of all for me has been the opportunity to work in our different country offices and to learn about new markets and be at the forefront of shaping and impacting global industries.
