Many airlines are using iPads since popular charts are also easily accessible on iPad tablets. iPads are easy to use and are still the leader in tablet sales. However, the KindleFire is growing in popularity as it offers a price point advantage and battery life. Several airlines are considering the KindleFire as an option as well, especially for flight attendants. There will likely continue to be several new features that appeal to various audiences. The good news is you don’t have to be locked into a device to gain productivity advantages with
cloud-based software.
